New Regulations for registration and hotel reservation for the European Charcot Foundation Symposium and University Classes 2011.

The European Charcot Foundation will cooperate with Seauton International (located in Louvain, Belgium) for the organisation of the Symposium and University Classes 2011.

• The registration forms for the Symposium and University Classes have to be sent to the Bureau of the European Charcot Foundation.
• After payment of the registration fees, participants can book hotel rooms through a hotel reservation form, that has to be sent to Seauton International.
• Seauton International offers to the participants of the European Charcot Foundation Symposium and University Classes additional services:
  • Airport transfer
  • Dinner organisation (only outside the programme times of the Symposium and University Classes)
  • Reservation of meetings rooms (only outside the programme times of the Symposium and University Classes)
• Name changes in groups have to be done before October 15, 2011. Changes after that date will be charged with € 50.

This "University Classes in Multiple Sclerosis VIII” course will take place on November 30, 2011 in Barcelo Marbella, Marbella, Spain, preceding the European Charcot Foundation Symposium "Towards Personalized Treatment in Multiple Sclerosis”.

Registration fees

Cancellation
For cancellations (by fax or e-mail) before October 15, 2011 we have to charge € 100,- for handling costs. If cancelled after this date no registration fees will be returned.
